Director, People Operations

Kayla is the Director of People Operations in charge of all human resources aspects of employees of all our vacation rental businesses.

Kayla has 8 years of human resources experience beginning with a recruiting firm internship then expanding to retail, manufacturing, and hospitality in Iowa prior to moving to South Carolina.

Kayla also holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts with majors in Psychology and Sociology from Central College and currently resides in Charleston, SC.
