Continuum Management Group was founded with the goal of providing business owners an alternative succession option; one that provides liquidity, but does not entail diminishing the legacy of their brand, employees, and homeowner relationships post-transition.

OUR HISTORY
2022
In 2022, Continuum entered the Colorado market with the acquisitions of Winter Park Lodging Company and Steamboat Lodging Company. With over 150 properties and 40 full-time employees, these businesses continue their reputations as trusted partners in the local communities they serve.
2021
In 2021, Continuum acquired two well established vacation rental companies on the islands of Kiawah and Seabrook outside of Charleston, South Carolina. With 20+ full-time employees and over 200 properties under management, Kiawah Exclusives and Seabrook Exclusives are proud to continue and expand their premium guest and owner services that were put into place under prior ownership.
2020
The Acquisition of Big Sky Vacation Rentals in 2020 marked Continuum’s entry into the Mountain West market. Founded in 2009, Big Sky Vacation Rentals has continued to grow the most exceptional inventory of over 125 high-end properties in market and 25+ full-time employees.
2019
The acquisition of Sunset Rentals of Hilton Head Island in 2019 was the start of Continuum’s journey into the Vacation Rental Management Industry. Founded in 1993, with more than 250 properties under management, Sunset Rentals remains one of the most tenured and successful vacation rental management businesses on Hilton Head Island with over 40 full-time employees.
