Tim Mottley is the Senior Accountant for the East region, mainly managing the companies in South Carolina.

Tim has been with Kiawah Seabrook Exclusives since 2007 and most recently joined Sunset Rentals in 2023.
Tim honorably served our nation in the military and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from George Mason University in Northern Virgina. He currently resides in Charleston, SC.
